1. Purpose


These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products offered on the signature-style.eu website by Signature Style. 

 

2. Products​

 

The products on offer are decorative items and candles, some of which are:

  • handcrafted

  • personalised (including choice of fragrance)

  • sealed for hygiene and preservation purposes

  • fragile by nature

The images are for illustrative purposes only. Variations may occur (colour, texture, finish).

 

3. Price

​​

Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Delivery charges are added when the order is confirmed.

4. Order

​

Placing a confirmed order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer is responsible for the information provided.

 

5. Payement

​

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
The order is considered firm and final once payment has been confirmed.

 

6. Right of withdrawal – Legal exceptions

 

In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

 

  • Products personalised at the customer’s request (e.g. choice of fragrance)

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or protection, once they have been opened after delivery

  • Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

 

Consequently, no right of withdrawal may be exercised for these products, unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Order Cancellation

 

As all orders are processed and/or personalised immediately,
no cancellations or amendments can be accepted once payment has been confirmed.

 

8. Delivery

 

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are approximate.

The seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery notice.

 

If the parcel is presented for delivery again, the redelivery charges will be borne by the customer.

 

If, after a second delivery attempt or the parcel being made available at a collection point, the parcel is not collected within the specified time limit, it will be returned to the seller. The costs of return and redelivery will be borne by the customer.

 

Regarding the price of the products, a refund may be refused if the products are personalised and/or sealed and cannot be resold. In other cases, a partial refund may be issued at the seller’s sole discretion, less delivery, return and processing costs.

 

9. Receipt - Damaged Products


The customer is required to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.
 

In the event of damage:

 

  • reservations must be made immediately with the carrier

  • the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours at the latest

  • with supporting photographs (parcel + product)

 

Failing this, no claim can be considered.

Following validation, a replacement or refund may be offered.

 

10. No Returns or Exchanges


Given the nature of the products (personalisation, sealing, fragility):

no returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the case of a product damaged on delivery in accordance with Article 9, which must be demonstrated by photographs taken before the packaging is opened.

 

11. Liability

 

The seller shall not be held liable for:

  • ​

  • misuse of the products

  • consequential damages

  • natural variations in materials

 

12. Statutory Warranties

 

The customer is entitled to the applicable statutory warranties (conformity and hidden defects), within the limits provided for by law.

 

13. Force Majeure

 

The seller shall not be held liable in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

 

14. Personal Data

 

Data is used solely for the purposes of the commercial relationship and is not sold on.​

 

15. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable law of the seller’s country.
Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts following an attempt at amicable resolution.
